Axon Tickets (the "App"), owned and operated by Axon Entertainment Corp. (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), is committed to protecting and respecting your personal data privacy.
This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, store, and safeguard your personal information in strict compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA). By downloading, registering, or transacting within the App, you explicitly consent to the data practices described in this Policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
To provide secure digital ticketing, registration, and gate verification services, we collect the following categories of personal data:
Identity Data: Your full name, date of birth, and government-issued identification details (when explicitly required for age-restricted events or advanced security validation).
Contact Data: Your active mobile phone number, email address, and physical billing address.
Transaction and Financial Data: In-app transaction histories, payment method indicators, and tokenized payment gateway logs.
Note: The App uses secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store or process raw credit/debit card numbers or CVV codes on our local servers.
Technical and Usage Data: Device Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile operating system version, unique device identifiers, and in-app interaction logs.
2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
We process your personal data strictly for legitimate business operations, specifically to:
• Generate, secure, and deliver your unique digital Ticket QR codes and in-app user profiles;
• Authenticate financial transactions and deploy automated fraud-prevention mechanisms;
• Facilitate on-site event gate check-ins, attendance validation, and crowd control;
• Provide immediate customer support, resolve ticketing disruptions, and facilitate Host-authorized refund verifications.
3. MANDATORY OPERATIONAL SHARING WITH EVENT HOSTS
Data Transmission: When you purchase a ticket or register for an event through the App, your Identity and Contact Data (Name, Email, and Mobile Number) will be securely shared with the designated third-party Host/Organizer of that specific event.
Purpose Limit: This data sharing is strictly required for the Host to manage on-site logistics, cross-reference gate check-ins, and ensure venue safety.
Liability Boundaries: Event Hosts act as independent Data Controllers under the DPA. The Company shall not be held legally liable for any independent marketing campaigns, unauthorized data processing, or external data leaks executed by a Host outside the operational scope of the App platform.
4. STRICT PROMOTIONAL AND MARKETING PROTOCOLS
Anti-Spam Architecture: Your personal contact information will never be automatically enrolled into marketing networks or corporate promotional distribution loops.
Explicit Opt-In Checkbox: To receive newsletters, promotional updates, early-bird ticket alerts, or discount offers from the Company or our commercial partners, you must toggle a separate, explicit in-app marketing opt-in checkbox during checkout or registration.
Revocation of Consent: You retain the absolute right to opt out or revoke your marketing consent at any time through your in-app profile settings.
5. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION MEASURES
Technical Safeguards: We employ strict administrative, physical, and technical security measures — including SSL data encryption, secure firewalls, and tokenized data transfer pipelines — to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or data breaches.
Retention Period: Your personal data will be securely retained only for as long as your app account remains active, or as required to satisfy statutory accounting, legal dispute resolution, and tax reporting regulations under Philippine law.
6. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT
